Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive further notification when your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to the following areas:

Important note: Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary according to transport conditions. We cannot guarantee these times, and no refund or compensation will be offered in the event of late delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo with your name and order number, and we will investigate the situation for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. The refund will be made on the total amount of the order minus the initial delivery costs, which are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items Not Received: If a parcel is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to open an investigation. In the event of proven loss or theft, we will issue a refund. This information is detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, send us an e-mail to contact@temporalis.tattoo with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will deal with each case individually to find the best solution.
