Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions of Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in France. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@temporalis.tattoo. We will send you a returns label and instructions on how to send your parcel. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged Products or Order Errors
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some product categories cannot be returned, such as personalised products (such as special orders or customised items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-off Period (European Union)
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not received
If a parcel is marked ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to open an investigation. In the event of proven loss or theft, we will issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed via your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
